When to sow; All year round

Location; Sunny well drained position

Sow; Just below surface in rows.

Spacing; about 30cm between rows, Thin out to strongest seedlings.

Germination; 6-10 days

Harvest; About 6-8 weeks.

Tips; Grows better in warmer months but is an all year grower, keep well watered.

What luck have I had; Another easy to grow veggie that tastes great that can be used as a substitute for spinach.  Is also the main ingredient of Chow Mein.
