Spinach

Varieties that I've used so far; English Medania

When to sow; Hot Autumn, Winter Warm Autumn, Winter Cool Autumn, Winter, Spring

Location; Shady situation and prefers a damp soil but also well drained.

Sow; 12mm (1/2 inch) In rows

Spacing; about 25cm to 30cm.

Germination; 14-21 days

Harvest; About 8-10 weeks.

Tips; Keep well watered and sow every 3 weeks for a continuous crop.

What luck have I had; The strike rate for Spinach isn't very good but they do well once started and do taste very good.
